We're comfy.solutions! We're a small Portuguese group that provides varied services to people, including billing. If you run a cool project, you should reach out to us!

Before doing a chargeback, please confirm that the transaction was not done by anyone else in your household, or authorized users of your account. 
Also confirm that the transaction was not done via a recurring charge program. You can see your billing portal by clicking "Billing Portal" in the menu.

If this transaction still cannot be recognized by you, please reach out to us at billing at comfy dot solutions

We can help you out quicker and much easier than a chargeback.

Chargebacks also have additional fees for us.
